Recently I’ve been sleeping in a little later than I’ve been planning on, which is leaving me with less gym time in the morning than I would like {nobody’s perfect}.  So what do you do at the gym when you oversleep?  {Hint:  Ya still go}.

For those days I always make myself crank out 20-40 minutes of cardio {depending on how much time I have}, whether it’s biking, running, incline walking, or the elliptical.  Then some combo of the following three quick workouts.  I repeat each set three times, and I try to not take any breaks during the sets.  If anything, take a 30 sec- 1 min break after each set.  But of course, listen to your body and if you need to take a break, go on ahead!

Oversleeping or “not having enough time” should never be the reason that you don’t squeeze in a little workout.  Hopefully these will help you still get to the gym when you’re in the same predicament.  Hey, they’re already organized in pretty pictures for you, now all you have to do is just, uh…do them. 🙂
