Made it to the gym the earliest I have since joining, and I don’t know if I woke up on the right side of the bed or what, but I was in a great mood.  The gym was so peaceful {and empty}, and I loved it.  Leaving, workout completed, around the same time I normally show up to the gym, seemed to give me another burst of energy….so much time for activities!  {before work at least}

After warming up with some treadmill incline walking, I completed the workout below.  Pretty basic, but got the job done:

I ran some errands and got a few mundane things done around the apt {hey, you gotta get those things done sometimes too}.  I was STARVING when I got home, so I munched on one of my Farmer’s Market peaches while I cooked another batch of Salmon Scramble.

My peaches- so hot right now.  Mac wasn’t lying!  If I’m hungry while I’m cooking {which can be extremely dangerous} I always try to snack on a piece of fruit, veggies, or nuts…satisfy’s me without filling me up.  However nuts/trailmix can often be risky because that stuff is like cra…candy, to me.  Can’t just eat a few.

I made the salmon scramble today with a variety of my farmer’s market purchases.  Zucchini, Squash, Red Onion, Tomato, and Eggs.  Now, I’ve got to go back and visit my boy, Cyrus, so I can get some more of those wonderful, organic, farm fresh eggs.

Now, time to go get ready for another day at work!  Hope everyone’s having a great Tuesday!
